Stuweb.club x students

Stuweb.club is a Club of university students working on real projects, for real companies. You get in through selection, you grow through merit, and you leave with a track record your peers don't have.

Why join the Club?

Real projects, real clients

Not exercises, not simulations: work commissioned by companies that pay, with a deadline and someone on the other end who has to stay satisfied. It's the only training ground that resembles real work, because it is real work.

Real responsibility, with guidance

We give you whole pieces of a project, not tasks to execute, and an experienced supervisor watching over it. The responsibility is genuinely yours; the safety net exists because the client has to receive excellent work, always.

Earnings are split by merit

How much you're paid depends on how much you work on a project and how much you learn doing it, not on how long you've been in the Club or what title you hold. The math is transparent: you know in advance what's being measured.

An edge that lasts beyond graduation

By the end of university your competitors will have a transcript. You'll have delivered projects, clients you've managed, and the way of thinking of someone who's already worked. It's the difference that shows at the first interview.

Selection process

Three tests, all three to pass.

01

Written test

A multiple-choice test on the skills you have right now. You can't prepare for it: it's meant to capture the point you're starting from.

02

Practical test

Here you don't talk about it, you do it: a concrete test in the craft you're applying for. It's the part that counts the most, because it's the one that resembles real work.

03

Interview

A conversation to understand how you think, how you react when something doesn't add up, and what you want to build. Problem-solving ability carries real weight in your application.

The path you've taken

We care about what you've built before getting here: projects, jobs, results achieved inside and outside university.

What you can do, not what you studied

A project that works, a real job, a problem tackled for the first time: these count more than any GPA. Of your grades we only look at the exams relevant to the role, and they remain the last of our criteria.

Curiosity and ambition

We're looking for students who want to express their talent and are ready to learn. You don't need to be a natural: with the right mindset, anything can be learned.
